What imperial readers encountered was strange, visionary, and politically harmless—a bizarre theatre of beasts and heavens. But John's actual audience, the churches scattered across Asia Minor, possessed something the Romans did not: interpretive keys in scripture.
This project lays out two of those keys: John's own Gospel and Daniel's prophetic apocalypse.
